Moving Forward: The Transition Back To The Workplace, A New Perspective.

As some organisations begin to reopen and return to work under the health and safety guidelines, our marketing and sales department hosted a webinar to discuss the ‘new workplace’.

In light of HSE advice: ‘If it comes to the HSE’s attention that employers are not complying with the relevant Public Health England guidance (including enabling social distancing where it is practical to do so), HSE will consider a range of actions ranging from providing specific advice to employers through to issuing enforcement notices, including prohibition notices’

As part of our commitment to assisting business continuity, at a time when many teams will be returning back to work with a heavy administrative workload, we brought together a panel of industry experts to discuss how your business can adjust to the ‘new workplace’ and much more.

Hosted by Target Information Systems, and in partnership with Verature Contractor Management Software, the interesting webinar explored topics such as Social Distancing, the impact across different industries, technology and automation, and the future; and what you may change and implement to assist your business continuity planning to manage your Contractor Compliance post lockdown.

• Mark White, retired with over 25 years’ experience as the Engineering Manager at Coca-Cola European Partners discussing the implications of a returned workforce post lift down of restrictions and some of the points to consider which will demonstrate compliance to the governments guidelines and any future employee litigation which may arise in the future.
• Health & Safety Consultant, Lucy Robertshaw from SHAPE Risk Management. With over 20 years’ professional working experiences in health and safety and risk management, she will be able to translate your concerns into practical business-focused solutions. 
• Our Company Director, Phil Atkinson with over 20 years in the business technology industry will be offering his advice on how to restart, revive and renew your contractor compliance process using technology and automation and demonstrating how our clients handled the pandemic with our Verature Systems (formerly known as Gatehouse).
• Chairing out discussion; Martyn Potter, HR Consultant with over 25 years’ experience of advising and working with a variety of public and private organisations on people, strategic and change management issues.
